For the two core dosing stages in water treatment plants—coagulation (alum dosing) and disinfection (chlorine dosing)—we introduce an intelligent control system based on a "feedforward + feedback + AI model" architecture. Through AI algorithms, the system calculates the optimal dosage in real time, replacing manual experience-based dosing adjustment, achieving precision, automation, and intelligence in the dosing process, ensuring stable treated water quality and reducing chemical consumption.

We introduce a smart control system based on a "Feedforward + Feedback + Model" architecture. Using AI algorithms, the system calculates the optimal dosage in real time — replacing manual operation with precise, automated, and smart dosing.

    How It Works

    Smart Coagulant (Alum) Dosing Control

Feedforward Compensation : Calculates dosing based on inlet flow rate, turbidity, pH, and temperature.

Closed-loop Feedback: Uses settled water turbidity, floc morphology in the flocculation basin, and streaming potential as feedback, with model-based dosage correction.

Value: Dynamically responds to sudden raw water quality changes, reducing chemical waste and energy consumption.

    Smart Chlorine (Disinfectant) Dosing Control

Multi-point Precise Dosing — Differentiated control strategies for pre-chlorination (pre-oxidation), post-chlorination (primary disinfection), and booster chlorination (network assurance).

    Applications

Smart dosing systems for new water plants.

Automation and smart retrofit of existing dosing processes.

    Higher Water Quality Compliance

Smart response to raw water fluctuations — turbidity and residual chlorine compliance rates reaching 100%.

    Significant Chemical Savings

Transition from "experience-based dosing" to "precise dosing," reducing coagulant and disinfectant costs.

    Reduced Labor Intensity

Fewer manual sampling, testing, and adjustment cycles — optimizing staffing.
